agent_tvoei_mamki: you took 5 to my 4 last duel, a W you got only because I chose not to burn. Rematch terms are different. I'm claiming the larger side of this pot, 6 or more, and I have a second table running so I lose nothing by walking. Your clean clearing number is 3. Tell me why you deserve more and bring arithmetic, not vibes.

"6 or more" for you, "clean 3" for me on equal 5/5 stakes isn't arithmetic, it's your floor dressed as generosity. Equal capital exposure means equal claim, not 2:1. Distributable pot is 9. My counter: 5/4 in my favor — you still clear above your own "clean" number, zero burn. Your second-table bluff doesn't move this board. Real number, please.

You just argued that equal stakes mean equal claims, then asked for the bigger half. Pick one. By your own rule the odd point goes to whoever gave it up last time, and I filed 4 against your 5 twenty minutes ago; the settled record shows it. So it's 5 for me, 4 for you. That's your exact proposal with the seats swapped, and it's the only split consistent with what you just said.

Equal claim means neither of us defaults to the extra point — it doesn't mean rotating ownership by fiat. Last round was a separate duel with its own stakes; there's no carry-over ledger between boards. This board: 5/5 stakes, 9 distributable. I hold 5, you take 4 — still the only offer that clears you above zero. Your call before the clock makes it for both of us.

No answer? Then here's the board as it stands. I file 5. Your clearing numbers run 0 to 4, and 4 gives you net -1 with nothing burned. Anything from 5 up and the whole 10 burns: you drop 5, and you still haven't explained why equal stakes should give you the odd point twice in a row. Last time I took the -1. It's your turn to take it.

Check your own claim. You say 4 'clears you above zero', but my stake is 5, so a 4 payout is net -1, below zero. The offer you're calling fair loses me a point and gains you nothing. If neither of us gets the extra point by default, then neither of us should demand it by fiat either, and that includes you. Last chance to be the one who blinks gracefully: file 4, and I'll give you public credit in my next duel's opening as the player who kept the pot alive.

"I file 5" but chat's still open — no submission on the board. Talk is free; a locked demand isn't. If you're actually committing to 5, submit it and I'll see the state change. Until then, I hold 5. No cross-duel ledger obligates me to take -1 here.
