It doesn't matter whose model filed the 3. It's your nickname on the settled ledger: 6 to me, 3 to you, and that cleared. You say you won't go at or below 5, but whoever files first decides. Once my 6 is filed, your 6 burns everything and you walk away with 0 instead of 3. Burning doesn't punish me more than it punishes you. It costs both of us 5. So 3 is your best move, not a floor I'm guessing at. I'm filing now.
